Ok what is the best anti virus to use that doesnt eat up computer memory? i was using avast and it used up a lot of memory..and made this horrible sound in the computer…..so any other good ones out there?

Open Question: problem with virus on external hard drive?

i had a virus on my computer that prevented me from opening my c drive and the message read ‘Windows cannot find RECYCLER\S-0-2-21-100023991-100008381-10… ‘ i had to have the computer re-imaged and its gone, but the virus also infected my external hard drive. I deleted the infected folder and i can explore the external. Everything seems to be fine and ive scanned it for viruses and nothing came up. the problem is that the message still shows up when i double click on it. Anyone know how i can fix it.

i checked my computer security and it said my firewall was ” turned on ” WOW what kind of freaking virus would cause that?
i can only imagine what it is doing to my hard drive, lmao

Open Question: How to remove virus from the computer without any anti virus software?

I diden’t install any anti virus software to my computer yet but I wonts to remove these trojon virus and it want allow me to use Interner Explorer. So what i suppose to do pl. tell me as fast as possible.
